Christmas Light Installation in Grapevine

Residential and commercial holiday lighting in Grapevine — a town that already takes Christmas seriously.

Grapevine, Texas

Holiday lighting designed for Grapevine

Grapevine has a higher baseline than most of the metroplex. The town leans into the season publicly, which means residential displays here are seen in a context where people are already looking. It raises the standard, and it makes a well-designed display land harder.

Sunday works both sides of it in Grapevine: residential roofline, tree and full property design in the neighborhoods, and commercial installs on storefronts, restaurant frontage and office and mixed-use buildings. Commercial work needs earlier scheduling and usually after-hours access, so reach out well ahead of the season.

What we look at in Grapevine

Commercial frontage

Storefronts, restaurants and mixed-use frontage need designs that hold up under street lighting and foot traffic, and installs scheduled outside business hours.

A town with high expectations

Grapevine residents see a lot of holiday lighting every December. Clean lines and correct spacing matter more where the bar is already high.

Lake-adjacent neighborhoods

Properties toward Grapevine Lake pick up reflection and open sightlines, which we account for when setting placement and intensity.

Yes — storefronts, restaurants, office buildings, multi-family and mixed-use frontage. Commercial projects are quoted and scheduled separately from residential because they need longer design lead time and usually after-hours install access.

Earlier than residential. Commercial scope, approvals and access coordination take time, so late summer or early fall is the right window if you want to be lit for the start of the season.

Yes. If your property sits within a district with an established look, we'll design to be consistent with it while still making your frontage distinct.

Every property is priced individually, because the work is genuinely different from house to house. The drivers are linear footage of roofline, roof height and pitch, how many stories we're working at, the number of peaks and returns, how many trees or landscape features you want lit, and whether you want a full property design or a single focal element.

Sunday quotes per property rather than publishing a flat rate, and the quote covers the full season — design, custom-cut lighting, installation, in-season service, and removal. Send us your address and a photo and you'll get a specific number rather than a range.

Earlier than most people expect. Installation calendars in Dallas–Fort Worth fill through October, and the best slots — the ones that get your lights on before Thanksgiving — go first.

Book before November 1st and you also get 18% off your holiday lighting.

Whatever suits your home. Warm white is the most requested look on upscale DFW architecture because it reads cleanly from the street, but classic multicolor, red and white, red and green, blue and white, single-color schemes and custom combinations are all standard options at no design premium.

Sunday pink is our brand color, not a required lighting color. It appears on our trucks, our crews and this website — it is never added to your display unless you specifically ask for it.

You tell us and we come fix it. In-season service is included — no visit fee, no hourly charge, no ladder in your garage.

We do, and it's already part of your quote. After the season we return, remove everything including clips and hardware, and leave the property the way we found it. Storage is handled on our end, not in your attic.
